ENGLISH HW

A. Classical mythology has had a significant impact on the development of the English language. The teacher provides the students with a list of words that came from mythology. They are asked to select five (5) of these words and look up the description of the mythological term as well as the modern-day meaning of the word. They are to summarize the results of their research on a one-half sheet of paper using the format below. The teacher may present an example:
